INCLEMENT WEATHER ENDS MATCH AT HALF
The Dallas Jackals fell to Old Glory DC, 7-3, at Choctaw Stadium on Saturday night. Martin Elias booted the ball successfully for Dallas’ only points.
Dallas struck early. Elias kicked the Pack ahead 3-0 less than 10 minutes into match time. They followed offense with a lengthy stretch of defensive play.
Defending phase after phase, including an apparent try being drawn off the scoreboard, the Jackals were a defensive wall.
Old Glory broke through in the 39th minute. William Talataina registered their lone try in the final minute of the first half, which turned out to be timely. The match was officially called over for inclement weather following the first half.
NEXT HOME GAME: Dallas Jackals host the Utah Warriors on Sat, May 13th at Choctaw Stadium.
