ROUND 1 PICK 1: Conner Mooneyham – Wing/Center
Conner started playing rugby when his dad introduced him to the sport at the age of 12 in Rocklin, California. He played football and rugby throughout high school, with his dad as his rugby coach, at Sierra Foothills High in Grass Valley, CA. During high school, his family moved to Magnolia, TX, a suburb North of Houston. Despite the different atmosphere, Conner continued to excel in rugby. After graduating high school in 2014, Conner went on to play rugby at Life University in Marietta, Georgia where he majored in Bachelor of Business Administration and Management. In 2016, he left Life University to serve on a mission trip to Argentina, but returned to the starting lineup when he returned. He was a two-time National Champion in 2016 and 2019, made the Collegiate All-American team in 2019, and was a part of the D1A 1st Team All Mid South Conference in 2020. Welcome to the pack Conner!

ROUND 1 PICK 9: Tommy Clark – Back Row

American International College
Tommy was born in Samoa, an island off the coast of Australia, but was raised in Tacoma, Washington. He participated in football, basketball, track and rugby at River Ridge High School in Olympia, WA. Before a serious football injury threatened his ability to play competitive sports, Tommy was named All-State Defensive Lineman at River Ridge. He went on to play for the Budd Bay Barbarians Rugby Club, a two-time state champions club based in Budd’s Bay, WA. Tommy went on to play rugby at American International College, where his sister plays on the women’s rugby team, and majored in Sports Medicine. He was a two-time All-American in 2018 and 2019, made the USA U20 team in 2017, and was the Liberty Conference MVP in 2018. Welcome to the pack Tommy!

ROUND 2 PICK 13: Levi Van Lanen – Center

University of Wisconsin-Whitewater
Levi grew up in Pulaski, Wisconsin, a small town outside of Green Bay. He attended Pulaski High School where he played rugby, football, and wrestling. While at Pulaski High, Levi helped his high school rugby team win two State Championships, was a two-time Wisconsin State Wrestling Tournament qualifier and was a three-time All-State punter. He also played running back and linebacker. After high school, he went on to play rugby at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (UWW). During the summers, Levi played for the Green Bay Rugby Football Club on their Midwest 7s Qualifier team. Levi is a two-time USA Rugby DII 15s National Champion, USA Rugby DII 7s National Champion, a four-time USA Rugby Division 27s All-American, and was invited to the 2019 All-American Camp. He was the rugby team captain at UWW from 2017-2020. Welcome to the pack Levi!
ROUND 2 PICK 21: Bronson Teles – Back Row

Bronson grew up in Richmond, TX, a suburb West of Houston. With a family history of his dad playing rugby in South Africa, Bronson began playing rugby at nine years old at Katy Barbarians Youth Rugby Club. He attended Foster High School where he played football. He continued to play rugby for the Katy Barbarians earning All-State honors, High School All-American and an USA Under-20 selection. Bronson went to the University of Arizona where he majored in Economics. In 2017, as a freshman on the rugby team, he was selected as a Marke Loane Medal Recipient which allowed him to attend the UQ Rugby Academy at University of Queensland Rugby Club in Australia. As the team captain in 2020, he was selected PAC-12 Conference Co-Player of the Year and was a nominee for the Rudy Scholz Award for national player of the year. Bronson is a three-time USA U20 from 2016-2018, a three-time USA U18 from 2014-2016, and made the 2nd Team Collegiate All-American in 2019. He also is a three-time 1st Team All PAC-12 Conference from 2018-2020 and 2nd Team All PAC-12 Conference in 2017. Welcome to the pack Bronson!
