Conrado Roura
Roura grew up in Córdoba, a large city in Southern Argentina and the capital city of the province of Córdado. He started playing rugby at 13 years old for Club Palermo Bajo, which is a first division team of the Córdoba Rugby Union.
Roura went on to represent his country as a blindside flanker on Argentina’s U20 team. In 2016, he helped the team get third overall and was named MVP of the team. In 2017, he was selected to join Argentina’s 7s national team. Roura says, “I’m proud to say I represented my country playing on the national 7s team.”
He continued to play on Argentina’s 7s team through 2020 before joining Ceibos Rugby club, the second professional rugby team in Argentina and in the American Rugby Super League, which is the top-level of rugby competition in South America.
In 2021, Roura joined Penarol Rugby who compete in Superliga Americana de Rugby, the top-level championship league for many countries in South America.
