Kody O’Neil

Kody grew up in Troutdale, Oregon where he started playing rugby at Reynolds High School. After high school, Kody went on to play at Oregon State University and was given the opportunity to play club rugby in New Zealand while completing his Master’s Degree.

Kody moved to Auckland, New Zealand where he played for the Ponsonby Rugby Club helping them win a Championship. Kody also played for the Auckland Rugby Union Men’s 7s team and was selected to join a traveling team to play in the Hokkaido 7s Tournament. During Kody’s second season in New Zealand, he played for the High School Old Boys of Christchruch.

After moving back tot he US, Kody played for the Seattle Saracens then was contracted by the Glendale Raptors to join the team during their inaugural MLR season. Kody is very excited to continue his career with the Dallas Jackals while helping accelerate the growth of rugby in DFW.
