The Dallas Jackals Announce 2024 Promotional Schedule
ARLINGTON, TX – The Dallas Jackals Rugby team has unveiled the team’s promotional schedule for the 2024 season. The season kicks off with a bang on March 10, 2024, as the team faces San Diego Legion in the highly anticipated Home Opener. Fans can expect an afternoon filled with intense rugby action, and exciting surprises, setting the stage for an epic season. March 23 is Just Dance Night as the Jackals host NOLA Gold. Fans of all ages are invited to showcase their dance moves, revel in upbeat music, and witness a thrilling rugby match in a vibrant and high-energy atmosphere.
Wrapping up three home matches in four weeks, March 29, brings Texas Strong Night, a celebration of the strength and resilience of Texas. Additionally, the Jackals players will be wearing specially designed game jerseys that will be auctioned after the match against the Houston Sabercats. This matchup is quickly becoming the toughest rivalry in Texas and the teams will battle it out for the Lone Star Shield. Fans are encouraged to honor the great state of Texas by rocking your best pair of boots and western wear. Two step your way into the game early to ensure you get an official Dallas Jackals bandana!
April 12, marks a trip back in time to the late 1900s with the Dallas Jackals’ 90s Rewind Night and it’ll be fly! Fans are encouraged to break out their flannel shirts and scrunchies as the team embraces the nostalgia of the late 20th century with a night of retro fun, both on and off the field. The night will be filled with nostalgic vibes, retro tunes, and, of course, an intense rugby showdown against the Utah Warriors.
The festivities continue on May 10, with Hispanic Heritage Night. The rich cultural diversity of the community will be celebrated as fans come together to enjoy the vibrant traditions and music of Hispanic culture during the match against RFC Los Angeles.
Military Appreciation Night presented by Lockheed Martin on May 19, is an opportunity for the Dallas Jackals to express gratitude to the men and women in uniform. The evening will feature special ceremonies and tributes as the Jackals take on the Seattle Seawolves.
The first 2,000 kids ages 12 & under will receive a youth t-shirt jersey on June 9, we’ll also celebrate Jax’s Birthday Party as kids take over Choctaw Stadium. The day promises to be filled with fun activities and an exciting rugby match against the Chicago Hounds.
For the final regular season home match, the Dallas Jackals will celebrate Fan Appreciation Night on June 14. The evening will feature special giveaways and a chance for fans to connect with the players who appreciate their unwavering support.
